This is a tip for all businesses but something we often forget: Listen to Your Customers. Your customers already know and trust you. It's easier to get more business from them than to get any business from somebody who never bought from you. Listen and learn this month.

Please join us at the Summer Bash on June 26th at Monster Golf on 350 South. We want to get to know you and your families so please join us for some fun, food and refreshments. The board's work will not end with the start of summer. On June 8th, David Huhnke, Tina Parker and I attended the American Advertising Federation's national convention in Atlanta. We met with potential speakers and learned new ideas and information to strengthen our programming and learn about new marketing trends. We also accepted our national level AAF National Club of the Year and President of the Year club achievement awards.. We're certainly excited to be representing NCAdFed.

Your NCAdFed board will also meet in a day-long strategic planning session on June 26. On that day, we will evaluate the past year and plan 2009 events and programming. We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey that we e-mailed to you. Your comments are critical in meeting your professional development and networking needs. If you are looking to get more involved please let us know as we are looking for people to serve on our committees.
