AAF - North Central Indiana

The Hospitality Co-Directors shall be responsible for securing the meeting site, selecting the menu and making all travel arrangements for the guest speakers (including audio visual needs of guest speakers) for the general Membership meetings. The Hospitality Co-Directors shall preside over the registration table at each meeting, welcome each attendee and provide each with a nametag. The Hospitality Co-Directors shall also be in charge of accepting reservations for each general Membership meeting and special event and compiling such list before each meeting. They shall perform other tasks as necessary to implement all general Membership meetings. The Hospitality Co- Directors shall oversee the Hospitality Committee.
