2011 ADDY Awards

The American Advertising Federation of North Central Indiana is pleased to announce that they are accepting entries for this year’s ADDY Awards competition. The ADDYs is conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) which is a three-tier, national competition recognizing exceptional advertising created in the Greater Lafayette area in all media including print, broadcast, out-of-home and public services. To be eligible for consideration of an ADDY, all work must be published or aired between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011.
Entries Due
Entries can be dropped off anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2011, at the Holiday Inn downtown. (January 26th is a regular AAF Professional Development Luncheon.) All entries must have a digital file included in their entry for presentation purposes. Entry details are available at www.aafnorthcentralindiana.org. We will have plastic envelopes available at drop off.
Awards Ceremony
This year’s ADDY ceremony will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2011 at the Purdue Memorial Union Ballroom North, beginning at 5:15 pm. Winners will be announced during an awards program. Gold ADDY award winners can be advanced to the district competition in March. The public is invited to this black tie event recognizing the 2012 accomplishments of Greater Lafayette’s marketing and advertising professionals. Reservations must be made by February 8, 2011.
